Security Blanket

Cat Security Blanket (free pattern)

This comforter was for my friend’s baby shower. We have an ongoing joke about cats so I thought a little cat for her baby would be appropriate. I decided not to add whiskers as I crochet quite tightly and the head ended up being quite small and it made the face too busy.

What you need

  • Crochet hook: 5mm
  • Stitch marker
  • Stuffing
  • Tapestry needle
  • White, grey, dark pink, hot pink, light pink and purple yarn
